Where your account lives
Your Slots Studio account, if you have one, lives on the reviewed platform (not on this site. Slots Studio is an editorial desk and we do not store player credentials, KYC documents or wallet balances. We only store the email you used to subscribe to briefings.
What Slots Studio will never ask for
Slots Studio will never email you asking for a password, a PAN number, an Aadhaar number or a bank PIN. If you receive an email that purports to be from us and asks for any of these, it is a scam. Report it to customer care.
Reset a password
Most reviewed platforms place the password-reset link on the sign-in screen, usually labelled "Forgot password". The platform sends a one-time link to the email address you used at sign-up. The link is good for ten minutes; after that you have to request a new one.
Open the platform's sign-in page
The Play now button on Slots Studio routes to the reviewed platform. From there, the sign-in page lives at /login or /signin.
Tap "Forgot password"
Enter the email address you used at sign-up. The platform will email you a one-time link.
Set a new password
Pick something longer than a memorable phrase; rotate it once a year. Do not reuse the password from another account.
Two-factor setup
Most reviewed platforms support SMS or email-based one-time codes at sign-in. Some support authenticator apps; we recommend the authenticator app where available. The setup steps vary platform to platform; the help-centre entry is usually labelled "Two-step verification" or "Two-factor authentication".
If the account is locked
Accounts lock when the platform's risk system flags an unusual sign-in pattern) usually too many wrong passwords in a short window, or a sign-in from a new device or location. To unlock, contact the platform's customer-care desk with the email used at sign-up. The desk will require KYC documents, and the median turnaround we have logged is around thirty minutes.
Deleting an account
Every reviewed platform supports account deletion. The request usually takes a seven-day cool-off window before processing. KYC documents and the cashier history are returned or deleted in line with the platform's published privacy policy. Slots Studio cannot delete accounts on your behalf; we can only link you to the platform's deletion page.
Keeping the login secure without losing the session
The login page of a reviewed platform is the only place where the reader's credentials are accepted. The Slots Studio desk does not see the credentials; the page is the platform's own, and the credentials are sent to the platform's own server. The page is reached via the platform's own domain, not via a redirect from a third party.
A common phishing pattern is a login page that looks like the platform's page but lives on a different domain. The first check is the address bar. The second is the certificate lock. The third is the redirect chain: if the page bounces through a third-party domain before landing on the platform's own login, the bounce is the sign of a phishing attempt.
If the reader has signed up on a reviewed platform through the Play now button on Slots Studio, the login URL is the platform's own URL. The desk's role is to send the reader to the platform; once the reader is on the platform, the platform's own login is the secure path. The Slots Studio desk does not store or proxy any credentials.
