What the editor's desk handles

The editor's desk handles three queues: corrections and clarifications on Slots Studio pages, reader tips on reviewed platforms (with explicit consent to mention the tip), and editorial pitches from writers and designers. We do not handle KYC, withdrawal or sign-in problems (those should go to the reviewed platform's customer-care desk; we link out to it.

Press and corrections

Press enquiries and corrections to published Slots Studio pages are answered within one business day during weekdays. If you have spotted a factual error, please cite the page URL and the sentence; we reply with what we found and the corrected version. Corrections are noted in the next weekly briefing.

Reader tips

Reader tips) what you have seen on a reviewed platform's lobby, cashier or help-centre text. Are useful to the desk. We only publish tips with the reader's consent. If you would prefer to remain anonymous, say so when you send the tip; we will not publish your handle.

Sponsorship and disclosure questions are answered within a week. The Slots Studio disclosure is on /owner/; if you have a question about a specific platform's review, ask and we will publish the answer on the relevant review.

What the desk does not handle

KYC and withdrawal problems

Routing through Slots Studio slows the resolution. Go to the platform's customer-care desk first; we will only link to that desk if you ask.

Sign-in help

Sign-in and password-reset happen on the platform's site. The article at /login/ has the steps.

Gambling-related support

The helpline numbers on /responsible-play/ are the right numbers to call. Slots Studio is not qualified to help.

Bonus-code disputes

Raise the dispute with the platform's customer-care desk. Slots Studio can re-test the platform's bonus flow but cannot resolve your individual dispute.

What to do before sending the first message to support

A reader who has a real issue with a reviewed platform usually gets a faster answer if three things are ready before the first message is sent. The first is the registered email address on the account. The second is the most recent transaction ID on the platform's cashier page. The third is a screenshot of whatever the question is about, taken inside the platform's own UI rather than a phone photo.

If the question is about a deposit that has not landed, the platform's first reply is usually a reference number. Keep it. If the deposit has not landed within the platform's published deposit window, the reference number is what the bank will ask for when the reader chases the dispute on the UPI side.

If the question is about a withdrawal that has not cleared, the same three pieces of information apply. Add the date the withdrawal was requested and the destination (UPI / netbanking / IMPS). The Slots Studio desk has logged withdrawals that have taken up to seventy-two hours to clear without any action needed from the reader, and others that needed a customer-care ticket to clear in under six hours.
