Method
Every review on Slots Studio begins with a session log. We open a real account on the platform, deposit the minimum, log three complete hands of thirteen-card Points, deposit a second time, log three hands of Deals, deposit a third time and trigger a withdrawal. The combined log is what we publish against.
We do not publish reviews on platforms we cannot log into. We do not publish reviews on platforms where the lobby rules cannot be made to match the help-centre text. And we do not publish reviews where the cashier takes more than the slots-class norm to clear a withdrawal.
The minimum data behind a review
- Three Points hands logged against the actual lobby rule strip
- Three Deals hands logged with a partner we already know
- Three deposits, three withdrawals, time-stamped at the cashier
- Mobile lobby screenshots at 320, 360, 414 and 768 px
What we log
The Slots Studio review template covers eleven fields. They are listed below in the order they appear on every published review.
1 · Lobby rule strip
Drop costs · joker behaviour · tie-breaker · time per turn
2 · Thirteen-card rooms
Available stakes · number of seats · table rake
3 · Pool rooms
101 / 201 / 61 ceilings · entry caps · late-join rules
4 · Cashier timing
UPI · netbanking · card · wallet (deposit and withdrawal
5 · KYC strip
PAN / Aadhaar / address / bank proof) turnaround per document
6 · Mobile lobby
Time-to-seat · filters · notifications · closed-tournament display
7 · Help centre vs practice
Help-centre text on joker, drop, point table compared against actual play
8 · Bonus code clarity
How the platform describes the bonus code, wager requirements and exclusions
9 · Referral code clarity
Refer-a-friend terms · lifetime of credit · eligible tables only?
10 · Account deletion
Steps to close an account · KYC documents returned · days to removal
11 · Customer care response
Email and chat first-response times logged over three touches
Cashier timing
Cashier timing is the field we treat as release-blocking. If a withdrawal takes more than forty-eight hours to clear from the cashier, the review is paused and we re-test twice more. If both attempts reproduce the lag, the review is shelved until the platform resolves.
| Method | Deposit median | Withdrawal median |
|---|---|---|
| UPI | 45 sec | 4 h |
| Netbanking | 2 m | 14 h |
| Card (debit) | 3 m | 24 h |
| Wallet (in-app) | Instant | 30 m |
Mobile lobby
We test every reviewed platform on both Android and iOS, at 320 px, 360 px, 414 px and 768 px widths. The look we are logging for is not graphic. It is the small things. How long it takes to find a thirteen-card table from the home screen. Whether the discard pile is large enough to read at 320 px. Whether the drop button can be reached one-handed.
Rules audit
Several reviewed platforms describe a thirteen-card room in marketing language that does not match the help-centre text. The mismatch is small but real: the joker rule is "printed wild" in the lobby and "ace wild only if no joker is dealt" in the help centre. We log every such discrepancy and only publish after the platform confirms a single rule.
What we will not publish
Guaranteed-win claims
If a platform advertises a win rate or a daily earning figure, we do not publish a review of it. We cite the claim and link out to the platform's own disclaimer so readers can see what is being promised.
Fake testimonials
If the platform's marketing uses actor photos for testimonial carousels, we do not link through Slots Studio. We will name the issue in the review.
